History

On a cold winter night in 2016, having waited six hours in his law school parking lot for a tow truck to take his SUV to the repair shop, Graeme thought to himself, “I can do this better."

That’s when Graeme’s idea for Giggo was born. He then taught myself enough code to build a prototype, and started building his business. It's been years since that moment, and Giggo has grown so much since then.

We've created a platform for service-based businesses with a simple plug and play interface that provides a stress-free B2C experience. One where a customer can feel confident that help is on already on the way.
